About the Course

The Proactive Pre & Post-Natal Exercise Course equips fitness and healthcare professionals with the knowledge and practical tools needed to confidently work with pregnant and postpartum women. Created by specialist pelvic health physiotherapists and women’s health personal trainers, the course combines the latest evidence, guidelines, and hands-on application to deepen understanding of the changing body before, during, and after pregnancy. It is designed as an introductory programme with no prior experience in pre/post-natal training required.

This course runs annually, and participants can register their interest for the next available date. Completion awards both professional development points and continuing education credits.

This course is suitable for fitness professionals and healthcare practitioners who work, or plan to work, with pregnant or postpartum women in their professional practice.

Certification & Credits

  • NASM Approved Provider – 1.4 NASM CEUs

  • 10 Hong Kong CPD Physiotherapy Points

Participants must attend both full days and pass the exam at the end of the course to receive a certificate of completion.
