Women’s Health Specialist Training at Evolve
At Joint Dynamics Evolve, our Women’s Health Specialist Trainers support the full women’s health journey, from training around your menstrual cycle and preparing for preconception, to staying strong during pregnancy, rehabilitating postpartum, and supporting joint health through peri-menopause and menopause. Our team is here to guide and support you through each phase of life with training that is informed, adaptable, and centred around your individual needs and goals. We offer 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training, Mat and Reformer Pilates, and Small Group Classes.
Personal Training
We provide premium, female-specific personal training delivered by Women’s Health Specialist Trainers. Training is tailored to your life stage, goals, and physical needs, with a strong focus on safe progression, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.

Pilates
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on the core (trunk) muscles while also training the arms and legs. Sessions support posture, stability, control, and functional strength. We currently offer both 1:1 and 2:1 sessions.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates uses specialised equipment featuring springs, a sliding carriage, ropes, and pulleys. This allows clients to work through greater ranges of motion while developing core stability, muscular endurance, movement control, and rehabilitation-focused strength.
Group Classes
Our small group classes provide access to high-quality expertise in a supportive and welcoming environment. Classes are suitable for all, with pre- and post-natal modifications available, ensuring everyone can participate safely and confidently.
