Kathryn, our in-house psychologist, incorporates the principles of mindfulness, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioural therapy, helping to develop self-awareness and find inner-strength. This therapy is targeted at specific life issues and circumstances at the present moment whilst acknowledging we have ingrained patterns of thinking and behaviour from the past. New mindsets, alternative perceptions and strategies are explored as opposed to repeating what we know when it no longer serves us.

Trained as a meditation teacher, Kathryn is also available to guide and teach mindful meditation.
