Female Athlete services at Joint Dynamics Evolve are designed to support women who train and compete at all levels, recognising the unique physical, hormonal, and performance considerations of female bodies. Care focuses on supporting sustainable performance, reducing injury risk, and helping athletes train with confidence and understanding.
Female Athlete services at Joint Dynamics Evolve are led by Georgia Cutt, Exercise Physiologist and Women’s Health Specialist. Georgia works closely with female athletes to support performance, rehabilitation, and long-term health, using an evidence-based approach that considers the menstrual cycle, training load, recovery, and individual goals.
With experience spanning women’s health and performance-focused training, Georgia provides thoughtful, practical support that bridges the gap between clinical understanding and athletic performance.
