Senior Women’s Health Physiotherapist

About Me
Jess is the kind of Physiotherapist who remembers your name, asks about your dog, and somehow makes talking about your pelvic floor feel like catching up with an old friend.
Originally from the UK, she trained in the NHS—starting as a junior Physio in London before working her way up to senior roles. For the past three years, she's been in the private sector in Newcastle, supporting clients through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, menopause, and everything in between. She's worked with women in their 20s navigating endometriosis, new mums trying to run again without leaking, and clients in their 80s who just want to get up off the floor with confidence. Now she's brought all of that experience to Hong Kong.
Jess doesn't believe in "just live with it." Whether it's incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, or a C-section scar that still feels tender years later, she's here to listen—really listen—and give you a plan that actually works.
"It is genuinely never too late to make change. Whether that's being able to get off the floor again, or rehabbing so you don't have to wear an incontinence pad anymore—the opportunities are endless."
She means it, too. Jess has seen clients in their 80s make incredible progress. She's watched new mums go from fearing a sneeze to running 5ks. She doesn't put an expiry date on healing.
If you've been putting off that pelvic floor check, or you're tired of planning your life around bathrooms, or you just want to run again without crossing your legs—Jess would love to see you. She practices in Hong Kong and books are open.

PTNS (Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation) is a treatment for overactive bladder and urge incontinence. -
It's a specialized manual therapy technique that works on C-section scars to reduce adhesions, desensitize the area, and improve mobility. In addition, it can improve the appearance of your scar and reduce the “shelf”. Jess used this treatment option at her previous clinic and has seen it make a huge difference for postnatal clients.
