About Me

Trista is our senior women’s health physiotherapist. Being part of the women’s health team in Evolve, Trista’s passion is to help soon-to-be and new moms to achieve an active and pain-free pre and post natal journey, prompting the awareness of women’s health amongst women of all ages in the community. 

Trista moved to the UK from Canada with a kinesiology background to complete her physiotherapy degree in Newcastle upon Tyne. Trista has worked in London at a hospital within the NHS before moving to HK. Trista has since developed an interest on treating women’s health conditions, including pre and post-natal recovery and pain conditions, diastasis recti, urinary and bowel incontinence, peri and post menopause related conditions, mastitis and sexual pain.

Special Interests
