Sabrina Nagar is a Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor, and one of Hong Kong's most enthusiastic advocates for movement that genuinely works for your life. Based at Joint Dynamics Evolve — Hong Kong's leading Pelvic and Women's Health clinic — Sabrina brings a rare combination of clinical knowledge, creative programming, and genuine warmth to every person she works with. 

Her philosophy is simple: "consistent" doesn't have to mean "boring." Drawing from a wide range of training disciplines — strength, mobility, yoga, functional movement, and beyond — Sabrina designs sessions that feel fresh, purposeful, and energising. You will never find yourself going through the motions. Every session is built around you: your body, your goals, and where you are right now.

Sabrina's expertise is rooted in Women's Health Personal Training. She works with clients across every phase of life — from preconception and pregnancy, through the postnatal period and beyond, into perimenopause and post-menopause. She is Pre and Post Natal Certified and works in close collaboration with Joint Dynamics Evolve's pelvic health physiotherapists to ensure that every programme is not only effective but genuinely safe, evidence-informed, and responsive to the way your body changes over time.

Equally important to Sabrina is the belief that great personal training is for everyone. She is deeply committed to providing inclusive, respectful, and knowledgeable support for all individuals across the full gender spectrum — including those navigating gender-affirming transitions or seeking a trainer who will meet them exactly where they are, without judgement and without assumption. Whether you are building strength for the first time, returning to exercise after a significant life event, or simply looking for a space where you feel genuinely seen and supported, Sabrina is here for you.

  • Yes. Sabrina is Pre and Post Natal Certified and works closely with the JDE pelvic health physiotherapy team to provide safe, progressive training throughout pregnancy and into the postnatal period.

  • Sabrina is based at Joint Dynamics Evolve, with sessions available at our Central clinics (Asia Standard Tower, 5/F and 6/F) and at our Taikoo Place location in Quarry Bay.
