About me:
I was born in the UK but grew up in the USA, where being active was second nature—basketball and badminton in high school, and Indian classical dance from the age of seven. Movement was always part of me, but in 2013, something shifted. My husband introduced me to resistance training, and I caught a glimpse of what strength training could do. Still, my workouts were inconsistent, and my nutrition wasn’t balanced.
Then, in 2018, I became a mum—and everything changed. The sleepless nights, the physical recovery, the demands of family life made me realise how little women, including myself, truly understood about our bodies and our health. That realisation lit a fire in me. I committed to my own transformation, not just to change how I looked, but to reclaim my strength, energy, and confidence.
Today, as a qualified personal trainer, I channel that journey into helping other individuals do the same—empowering them with the tools, knowledge, and mindset to take control of their health and feel strong for life.
