About Me
Mandy is a highly skilled and culturally diverse physiotherapist who is fluent in three languages: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University in Canada and a Doctorate in Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne in Australia. With extensive experience living in both Canada and Hong Kong, Mandy has developed exceptional interpersonal skills and effortlessly connects with individuals from various backgrounds.
Throughout her career, Mandy has worked in reputable private practices in Hong Kong, honing her expertise in treating a diverse range of patients, including athletes, office workers, and women during the pre- and postnatal stages. Her passion lies in Women's Health physiotherapy, and she is proud to be a part of the Women's Health team at Joint Dynamics Evolve. As a mother of three, Mandy understands the unique challenges women face at different stages of life. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based and personalized care to support women through every phase.
Mandy's commitment to helping postnatal women regain their strength and return to running or high-impact activities is fueled by her own love for running.
