About Me

Kym has called Hong Kong home for many years, but is originally from the sunshine state, Queensland, Australia. She has extensive private practice and exercise based, clinical Pilates rehabilitation experience. 

Throughout her career Kym has always looked after and treated women, across the life stages. Her interest in Women's Health developed naturally following the birth of her three children and led her to complete further specialization and study in Women's Pelvic Health.

Kym has completed postgraduate studies in conservative management of pelvic organ prolapse and is especially passionate about managing this cohort.  Her advanced knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction also encompasses urinary & bowel issues, across all the life stages.

Kym integrates clinical expertise, evidence-based practice & experienced manual therapy skills to help clients reach their treatment goals.  By working in a team environment she is also able to offer clients integrated and holistic care.  She strives to provide a supportive, compassionate and individualized treatment approach.
