About Me

Jasmine is a Women's Health Physiotherapist driven by a deep commitment to people. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she spent her teenage years in Canada, where she earned her Bachelor's in Biology from the University of British Columbia. Her fascination with human movement then took her to Scotland, where she completed her Master's in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University.

During her studies, Jasmine returned to Hong Kong for her elective placement at Joint Dynamics Evolve. It was here that she found a team that shared her core belief: that healthcare should be inclusive, empowering, and deeply personal. Having gained foundational experience across Musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, elderly rehabilitation, stroke rehab, and medical respiratory care, Jasmine has returned to Evolve to dedicate herself to women’s and pelvic health.

For Jasmine, physiotherapy is less about specific modalities and more about the person in front of her. She is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether navigating the physical changes of pregnancy, seeking postnatal recovery, managing pelvic health concerns, or moving through the menopause transition, Jasmine believes every individual deserves care that is respectful of their unique journey.

Her approach is patient-centred and evidence-informed. She combines empathetic listening with hands-on therapy and education, working collaboratively with her clients to help them feel comfortable and in control of their bodies. Jasmine is proud to be part of a clinic that is leading the evolution of inclusive pelvic health in Hong Kong, and she is dedicated to growing alongside her clients and her team.

Outside the clinic, Jasmine embraces the outdoors. She loves ice skating, snowboarding, and skiing, and has recently caught the running bug.
