About me:
Emily is originally from Australia and completed her studies at the University of South Australia and has been working in private practice ever since. She has a strong passion in treating Women’s Health conditions and has devoted her time to further her knowledge and skills in this area.
Emily has experience treating women with abdominal separation, pelvic floor weakness or increased tone, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual pain, over active bladder (urinary urgency), pelvic girdle pain, clogged ducts/mastitis and post mastectomy clients. Her passion is working with women during their pregnancy to assist in their wellbeing and prepare for birth, as well as postnatally, by giving guidance and helping women recover and return to their usual activities safely.
Emily’s hard-working nature drives her dedication towards providing the best management possible for clients, so that they can return to doing what they love. She understands that everyone has unique backgrounds and goals and is respectful of that in her management.

Philosophy:
I believe that providing the right education and understanding, a compassionate approach, individualised exercise prescription and manual therapy to assist with pain and movement if needed, are key in helping clients achieve their individual goals. It’s important the client feels empowered to be able to help themselves with the right tools and guidance.
