With extensive clinical experience in Hong Kong and international training placements in the UK and Australia, Deborah brings a well-rounded, global perspective to local care. She is passionate about applying rigorous, science-based physiotherapy to empower individuals to move powerfully and confidently through every unique stage of their lives—from prenatal preparation to post-surgical rehabilitation and menopause management.

In the realm of maternal health, she provides expert prenatal musculoskeletal care, birth preparation, and postnatal rehabilitation, including diastasis management and a safe return to sport. For individuals navigating later life transitions, she offers specialised physiotherapy to support them through peri-menopause and post-menopause, enhancing mobility and overall quality of life. Furthermore, she provides compassionate care for pelvic pain management and sexual dysfunction.

Deborah also offers dedicated support for gynaecological (ovarian, cervical, uterine), breast cancer and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation. This includes pre- and post-operative care (such as mastectomy and axillary dissection), cording and seroma management, manual lymphatic drainage, incontinence management and cancer-related fatigue. She holds a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence & Pelvic Health Major) from Curtin University in Australia, and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (First Class Honours) from the University of East Anglia in the UK. She has also completed a Diploma in Modern Acupuncture from the Modern Acupuncture & Spine Institute, and holds an Acupuncture Accreditation from the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Association. Her further training includes a Certificate in Orthopaedic Musculoskeletal Therapy (COMT) from Manual Concepts and the Kinesio Taping Foundation Course from Kinesio University.

She maintains active professional registrations globally. She is a Registered Physiotherapist with the Hong Kong Physiotherapists Board, AHPRA (Australia), and HCPC (UK). She is also a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (UK) and holds a Basic Sign Language Certification from the Hong Kong Association of the Deaf.
